How do I edit my Word documents on my IPAQ and then see the changes on my desk top

There's various ways to do this. One way is to copy the documents manually through ActiveSync. You can use ActiveSync's "explore" feature to do this.

Another way is to enable Files as a synchronization type in ActiveSync. This will enable the creation of a folder on your desktop that you can drop files into, which will sync to your iPAQ. You can then edit them and sync the changes back.

Do note, in either case, that Pocket Word doesn't maintain all the formatting of documents -- only the simplest stuff...
