t-mobile 2003 upgrade borks SD flash

welp, i upgraded the phone last night. everything works great except, i SD flash cards are unpredictably corrupted. blah.

I cannot seem to locate it on the T-Mobile site. using an old link it says that the download is currently unavailable.

Tip: Format your card with a label, I named mine SD_Card.

yeah, i copied everything off on my xp/tablet edition reformatted the card and copied the data back on. i haven't seen the 'can't read your card' error since then, nice to know there is an 'explanation'. i keep the write protect on anyway, i don't often write to it from the PPC.
