New MSN Search on PDAs

So they've just indexed all the Microsoft owned sites? :lol: ;)

Typical MS. It's never about what you have and what you do with what you have. It's all about quantity with them. Shove 10,000 features down people's throat without thinking what people are really looking for. I've never been a fan of the shotgun method of pleasing the user.
A billion pages doesn't do squat for me if the results don't return what I want, up to date info I want, and gives me a good experience with wading through the results in a timely and logical manner.

Google already does this for me. So other then MS trying to barge their way into another market what do they do for me that Google doesn't? I'll keep MS's search engine in mind, as I do Lycos and yahoo. But for now. Google is, and as far as I can see for the foreseeable future, my primary search engine choice.

It's good to see some competition. I don't think MSN will have a leg to stand on. I know I won't be switching to msn search anytime soon. Not becaue Google is better then MSN Search but because Gogole is here and has been here for a while. Why change if it is working for me.

That is why I left yahoo. Because with all their advertisements and broken up search results made it very hard to determine what was a returned search result and what was a advertisement.

Agreed! Google provides excellent results, and they keep on improving it. I have a few friends that are now working there, and they can't say much of anything to me, but they are very aware of their competition.
