iPAQ hx4700 on support site

Sorry if this has been mentioned before... I know the 6000 series has shown up early, but I just noticed that the 'iPAQ hx4700 TV PocketPC' has shown up on there.

What does that mean? 'TV PocketPC'? Could it have a built-in TV tuner or something?
