Egress (http://web.newsguy.com/GarishKernels/egress.html), the RSS client, has been updated to 1.4 and includes support for inline images.

Support for PocketPC 2003SE and screen rotation
Inline images now displayed within items
Images are scaled to fit within the display, full size viewing (if necessary) is available via the tap and hold view
Images are downloaded with the channel items and are available without an internet connection
Images are deleted when the item referencing them is deleted
Inline images have a tap and hold context menu
Context menu has options for viewing image or reloading image
Expansion of selected item may now be delayed (see options)
Expansion of selected item can now be toggled by tapping on expanded item to collapse
When scrolling to previous item using keypad, previous item will be positioned at end of item rather than the top of the item
New option to check for new items when handheld is cradled
New option to check for new items when ActiveSync triggered from the desktop
Reload individual channel may now force reload
Corrected parsing bugs in rss parser
