Looking for Scrabble but not Handmark's version

I'm looking for Scrabble but not Handmark's version. Even with it's recent price drop, it's still too much for this poor boy. Besides, I probably won't play it enough to make it worth the cost.

I thought I saw a scrabble clone in another language like French or Russian. Can anyone point me to it?

Resco has a game package for 8.95 that includes Word Game. For obvious reasons the board does not come laid out exactly like a Scrabble board, but you can customize it (easily), and have a real scrabble board if you want. I like it.
