Help! - remote activesync problems

Got 2210 connecting through gprs / mobile phone to exchange 2003 to send / receive emails. This works fine for me but if I change the user details to someone else to try and get their emails I get:
"Synchronisation failed due to an error on the server. Try again later. Error code: SYNC_5"
All user settings are the same. Can anyone help?

It's hidden somewhere in there so just do a search for "sync_5". I don't know how helpful it'll be but it's a start. 8)
