This has been out for a while now... but I must say that I think that it is a strange mix of titles... I personally believe there are some better selections available than those that made the lists...
Some of the titles, yes... But the way it works justifies it. Handango accepts votes from users. They get the User's Awards. Then the top apps go into this award. It's a two steps, and apps from any year can enter, as long as users vote for them.
