how to make a default application for any file type

i use ftxbrowser which is the free alternative to multiIE.
i fire up the browser when i need to surf, no problem but when i tap a link on my rss reader it opens in PIE because PIE is the default program for html documents.
i want to change it and use ftxbrowser everytime i tap a html document.

Hi,
use a regeditor and change to \HKCR\htmfile\Shell\Open\Command. There you can change the default programm. You have to enter the full path to ftxPBrwoser.exe

it seems that there is no simple way like "open with" option found in windows xp. thanks for you quick reply
