Okay, here's a good one...
My Toshiba e800 is going back to the supplier tomorrow, as the screen has some dead pixels. :cry:
It's only taken me a week to get everything installed and configured! My question is - is there any software that will enable me to backup my device before I return it, and then restore onto the new device when it arrives?
The backup in ActiveSync has complained about different devices before, even when restoring onto the same device, so I certainly don't trust that!!
I have a copy of Proporta ProBackup - does anyone know if I will be able to use this on the new device? Or failing that, is there something else that will to the job?
