I have the ipaq 55555 and for some reason my mail will not sync anymore. I get a message saying can not sync. folder to resolve the problem it says to connect using usb cable or infrared. My computer does not have infrared and the ipaq is already connected usb cable. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this so my email syncs with outlook again. HELP PLEASE

Soft reset the Pocket PC, reboot the PC, then try connecting the Pocket PC again - this often works.

Thank you for tip however soft reset did not work sync box says attention required. Anymore ideas

I screwed around with settins on ipaq only after it wouldn't sync. at this point I don't even know what the settings should be

Open ActiveSync on the desktop, right-click on Inbox, select settings, then make sure that ONLY the Inbox is selected as the folder you want to sync. If that solves the problem, it was something in your other folders. If you still have the same problem, move all the email items out of the inbox folder, then move them back in a few at a time to locate the troublesome message(s)...

Glad I could help! :-) Sometimes messages won't sync, and I have yet to discover why...
