Upload/download logos and ringtones to a nokia mobile phone: how?

Hello to all,
is there a software for my ipaq 2210 for upload/download logos, ringtones and other to/from my phone nokia 7210 by IR?

I tryed smartgsm but it seems doesn't work (don't recognize my phone)..
