Ipaq 2210 and nokia phone (logos, ringtones, etc)

Hello to all,
is there a program for my ipaq 2210 for upload/download logos, ringtones and other to/from my phone nokia 7210 by IR?

I tryed smartgsm but it seems doesn't work (don't recognize my phone)..

it seems doesn't support my phone (nokia 7210) :(
