Its been nearly WHOLE WEEK since the supposed deadline of 30th April when hp assured me I would receive my music pack, and I STILL have no received it. I've pretty much given up hope, a recent stinging e-mail will probably do nothing. I'm not the type of person to bother too much about customer service and the like, but this is just disgraceful :-(. hp should be ashamed of themselves. Anyway, I don't think any of you would like to hear anymore of my grumbling. So, why not share your bad experiences with a certain consumer electronics manufacturer with the initials H.P.

They spelled my name "Jacey Green" when they next day shipped my "plastics kit" for Rex.

And the Indian man on the phone had the thickest accent and didn't understand the phonetic alphabet (alpha bravo charley ...).

But Rex's "plastics kit" was there the next day :D
