New 2200 ROM dated 4/30/04???

HP is showing a new ROM dated 4/30/04, though it still says it is ROM 1.10. Does anyone know if there are changes? Could they have added the SDIO update to the existing 1.10 ROM? They are also now showing the 3/15/04 ROM as 1.00.

Yep, you're right, they've added the SDIO power drain fix. You can tell by looking at the fix list as it's right at the top. That sucks.

Why could this have not been a XIP so that the update was sent to ROM without the need to rebuild the entire unit.

What gives? I downloaded my ROM 1.10 on 3/20/2004 and did the update... Now we have another version also called ROM 1.10 4/30/2004 and it just added the SD fix 8O? Am I missing anything else or is this SD fix the only thing that is added on, if so I'd rather have the SD fix in RAM rather than rebuild my whole PPC.

Can anyone give us a good reason to DL and apply this over our current 1.10 ROMs and have to do a reinstall of apps and stuff???
