Hi Guys - It's been a long time. I have been quite busy since my last PPC died, and am only now looking into a replacement - I was wondering how the current crop of models are and If there is anything I should wait for before buying.

good question. Look at the hp ipaq 2215, 5555, and 4155. They will be upgraded to a newer os soon. (for free or $29.95) They are solid units with great 400mhz processors, bluetooth, 41/55 have wifi, 64mb-128mb of ram, and good security features and expansion. ($399-650) It is roumored that a vga hp handheld will be out in a month or 2. (dare i say with a hard drive?)

The Toshiba e805 has wifi, cf, sd, 196mb of ram, vga, and a free os upgrade in may. ($599)

The Asus a730 will by for sale in may or june with vga, 512mhz, a 1.3mp camera, 128mb etc... ($600 est)

For budget, the toshiba e405 has ok specs, and the viewsonic v37 has a camera. ($250-300)
