I was all set to upgrade to the h1940, but then I read about the yellow tint to the h1940 screen. Have you owners seen/experienced this?

Yes, it appears yellow at an angle only. When viewed dead ahead, it is just fine. The only complaint I have is that in bright sunlight, the display is faded... Other than that, I love my 1940, definitely the most stable platform.

Upgrade...??? You just got your Hp1910 a few days ago... what made you decide you needed to upgrade already...???

There is a yellow tinge when you tilt the device. However, it's not enough to annoy me. In fact, you don't even notice it after a while and you get used to it. The 1940 is a very nice device and I'd never let a yellow tinge like that deter me majorly from purchasing the unit.
