4 gig microdrive usb card reader compatibility

this is probably a dumb question but i thought i better check.

i'm planning in getting a 4 gig microdrive but wondered if these sort of things will work ok inside a pc usb memory card reader - one that works with compact flash.

i'm assuming it must or it's going to take ages transfer data around.

can anyone just confirm that a compact flash sized microdrive will work ok with usb mem card readers.

Yes, it will work - most readers accept both Type 1 and Type 2 (thicker) CompactFlash cards, Micro drives included. I think the new 4 GB models are Type 1, which means even more compatibility. Enjoy!
