I would go for the E-750.

You can find it in your price range (probably) on either E-Bay, or possibly on the Office Depot site.

I have an e755 and love it. THe device is well built and the built in wi-fi is great, plus it has dual slots like your old X5, which makes it better for watching movies (as CF memory is cheaper per MB).

Also, I don't think you're going to find a new 5455 for $350. The cheapest they come on Pricegrabber (http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=674383/search=ipaq%205455/ut=d11e9af85873fe7e) is $488 new and $339 refurbished. The e755 can be found on Pricegrabber (http://www.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=953872/search=e755/ut=d11e9af85873fe7e) for $349 new.

One thing you might want to keep in mind is that while it looks like HP will be releasing a WM2003 SE update for the Ipaq 41xx there isn't going to be any upgrade path for the Toshiba e750 or the HP 54xx/55xx models.

Of course if you are happy enough with WM2003 as it is then this may not be an issue.

I thought they were going to release one for 55XX models?
