How do you activesync local AND global contact lists ?

I have 2210 activesyncing with my Outlook personal contacts. How do you get it to sync with personal and global address books?

You copy all the global ones into your personal address book and sync. Sorry, but that is pretty much it AFAIK. I think the design concept was that most Globals would just be too big to want to grab the whole thing.
