PictPocket Cinema (http://www.digisoftdirect.com/Products/PictPocketCinema.html) claims to do so, but I have no idea how well it works. WMP9 does not support QT.

What are the chances of Apple releasing QuickTime on the PPC?

Probably minimal. They don't have a Palm version out either, right?

No, no Palm or Pocket PC version. Heck, I don't even think there's an Apple supported Linux version.

People people people...we must wait for the APPLE portable devices to come out...which if that happens, I don't think I'll be out rushing to buy.

PQV from Bitbank will play the .mov files produced by most digital cameras. Dunno about others though.

Based on the general mac pricing scheme, I don't think we'd see a Pocket Mac for less then $1000.

lol.. so true... most Macs are so expensive, although I'd have to argue that Mac laptops are as cheap as their PC counterparts.

I tried that one and some other software for .mov files (to watch the newest HP: PoA trailer, which is only available in QuickTime format), but none of them worked...and I don't think it's because they're trial version.
