Hi everyone. Is there a program or emulator that allows me to play old pc games on my 4150? I'd love to be able to play games like Leisure Suit Larry (never got to finish it on my 286!), Police Quest...etc on my ppc.

Thanks in advance...

There is a program called PocketDOS (http://www.pocketdos.com/) which I use on rare occasion. It works quite well, but only does CGA and MCGA graphics. And it only emulates a 8086. Sorry, no 286 action here. It has a demo mode with a 15 second nag screen.

Give it a shot. If you like it, it'll cost you $39.95 for the license.

Try PocketSCUMM

PocketSCUMM only works with the old LucasArts games like Day of the Tentacle, Monkey Island 2, etc. There was a SourceForge project called Pocket Sarien (http://sarien.sourceforge.net/) that was active a few years ago that might work with current ARM processors. I'd back up your PPC before you try it - it's an old ALPHA build. :D

PDArcade has compiled a list of emulators for the PPC. It's pretty extensive with links.
