Trouble with large file transfer

Trying to move a 210 MB file to my SD card via active sync. It is almost empty 256 MB card. Makes it about 5 percent using active sync then times out. Using WIFI and rescoe it will transfer fine. Why would active sync time out or not work correctly for such a transfer. I have sync'ed 130 MB files without much issue before.

I always use a card reader on my PC to transfer large files to my cards. ActiveSync chokes on large files. Do yourself a favor and invest in a card reader, you'll be glad you did!
