I tried it months ago, and it simply wouldn't work (the program wouldn't start). I've read similar reports from others. Did you get it to work? Have you actually used it yet?

It's possible that it may have been upgraded since I downloaded it. However, recently searching Philips's web site (where I had originally downloaded it) to see if there was a newer version that works. I noticed that Philips has removed the program from their site completely.

Well it worked for 3gp videos I took via my 3650. I haven't tried a mp4 media file yet. I got this from the message board on the link I posted. You're correct philips has pulled this from their site. But its available from other sources around the web. Just no longer supported by philips. From what I understand, 3gp is esentially a mp4 with a different file extension. So mp4 will probably work also. will try it out and let you know.

My question wasn't about which file formats work, but about whether you can get the program to start at all. Apparently you can.

Thinking that your link might be to a newer version, I downloaded and installed it on my IPAQ 2210. Same problem as before, when I try to start it, I see a logo as if it's about to start, then it doesn't. I have read similar reports from others.

Which OS are you using? I suspect not WM2003. I would guess that this app does not work with WM (PPC) 2003. Apparently Philips has stopped supporting the product, did not upgrade it to work with WM2003, and does not carry it on their web site any more.
