Hi all! I'm using a Toshiba e750 and have had a wonderful wireless experience thus far. The problem that occurs is when I have the radio off (regardless of whether I let Windows Mobile do it or turn off the hardware radio switch).

I keep getting a "Cannot Connect" balloon that appears. Obviously the PPC keeps trying to connect to the network even when I have turned the radio off. It's a royal pain (try being in the middle of a long Transciber message and this message will keep the system from interpreting your message! UG!). Is there any way to turn off this notification?

Thanks for your help!

Just a guess...Do you have Journal bar installed? if not check you email settings and make sure they aren't set to check for mail at intervals

Go into the Toos->Options. Select your account and go through the setup. In there you will find an option that allows mail to check for new messages every x minutes. Make sure to uncheck it. I did this and it worked well!
