Is this a new 480x640 PPC Phone?

A member in my forums (Oliver) did a report on the 2004 Game Developers Conference (GDC) for me. At the Fathammer booth they had a PDA/phone device with a 480x640 resolution screen labeled with the brand name (presumably) "Intrinsic." I can't link directly to the image since I have logic in place to prevent sites from stealing my images, but you can see it here:

He didn't think to ask if this was a PPC device or Linux-based. Anyone ever hear of such a thing?

I think it might be one of the concept designs to come out of Japan running WinCE4.2 as its OS

The company involved is Intrinsyc (we got the spelling wrong which is why we couldn't find any hits for it on the web before). The reference design allowed for the device to run under a variety of operating systems, so it is possible that this was running WM 2003 SE at 480x640.
