Just wondering if anybody out there knows of a simple replacement for the standard "date" plug in. All I am really after is something that replecates the standard one but can be moved down the screen - I want Today Info X to be my first plug in followed by the date.

Call me fussy....

Then call me fussy too! I'd also like a plugin that would allow me to move the date down the screen. The ability to display the date in a smaller font would also be nice as well.

There is stuff like this available (http://www.freewareppc.com/utilities/mydate.shtml) but I don't know if this is to your liking or not.

Moreover, ProgramBar plugin bundled with BatteryBar also shows the date, but again not precisely with the same layout as bundled one.

That might have to do if there is nothing else :D but I quite like the little icons on the standard plug-ins.

I am trying to create a today screen that is as uncluttered as possible. I use PI and prefer to access my agenda etc there than on the today screen.

I don't even have the date display checked in Today Settings. Since I am using Wisbar Advance, I just show the small date/time there instead...
