Plus! Sync and Go alternative?

I thought that I remembered seeing a story here about a new software that would let you do the function of Sync and Go without having WMA files as the Plus! software requires. Can someone please point me to this software or tell me it was a dream? Thanks!!

It's still at 1.0 but works pretty well. I like the ability to tell it to synch either from the PC or PPC. Only does audio at the moment, but they're working on video.

Can it convert the songs I want to 64k WMA on the fly from mp3's??
