looking for program for map of contacts

I'm looking for some sort of program that would work closely with my Contacts and the addresses I have entered, and put them all on a map. It would be much like geocities, but with multiple points of interest, so that they can be seen in relation to each other.

Hopefully I could choose which group of contacts it would put on the map, so that I could just see my friends' houses, etc.

Does anyone know of anything similar to what I'm looking for?
