I have been about to buy this software for a couple of months now - I just haven't gotten around to doing it. I guess I can wait two more days and get the latest. If the Palm version 2.0 is any indication it looks like it will be worth the wait. :D

This is excellent news! Do you mind if I ask where you read or heard this, however? I didn't see it mentioned anywhere on Cerience's site.

It's a little buried as an FAQ (http://www.cerience.com/support/hottopics/index.htm#when)item.

Thanks! I read that when v2.0 was released for Palm OS, and it just said sometime later in the first quarter of 2004.

Also it's showing on the Cerience front page in red color.

Oh yeah, so it is. Funny that I had to go looking for the big red text. 8)

I guess they should have made it a big flash banner or something because I sure didn't see that.

Did they get rid of the ridiculous size limitations of docs?

I'd love to use Repligo, but all previous versions limited doc size to B3(or somewhere near there).

I need something like Repligo that accept and perfectly format PDF's that are 60" by 60" or smaller and maintain the original proportions.

Please tell me Repligo dealt with this weak limitation!!!!!!!

Looks like those of us who purchased Repligo v1.x prior to 12/12/03 will have to shell out a few $ (~ 1/2 price of the reg version if the Palm OS pricing structure holds) for the upgrade but the new feature set is worth it to me. Bring it on Cerience! :D Hope they meet their posted deadline.

Yeah, Repligo looks like a great program, but they have no Mac support (for any handheld platform) for it as of yet. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to wait and be patient......

Err...it's definitely the 24th of March here in Australia (7pm where I live) ...and I'm sure it's already the 24th in the states already...so where's version 2.0?

They still have ~ 14H 15min as I type this message by EST to keep their deadline of 3/24/04. ;) I am still hoping it doesn't slip.

I see v2.0 is for sale now on Pocketgear.com, but it's not yet on Cerience's site at the moment. They must be working on putting up the changes on their site, make some big announcement, I guess. I'm anxiously waiting so I can upgrade.

When someone tries it out, tell me if they got rid of the ridiculous proportions limit. I want 60" by 60". :(

and the first in the new feature list is

Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition support.

So, this is why Cerience has waited until today.
