Last month I set my 335 on the cradle attached to my desktop. Lo and behold, after a year of good behavior, I get an error message that the USB device was not recognized.
I did a reboot of the PC, a soft reboot of the 335 and even a hard reset of the 335. I have uninstalled AS, re-installed AS 3.7.1 and moved it to 3 different machines with W2K, XP and Server 2003.
I had it connecting to 2 computers one work and the other home. Each of the machines has the latest hotfixes and security fixes. The problem occurred the day after I installed the newest hotfix. I'm not sure if the issue of the hotfixes or if there is a problem with the 335.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?
