Not a bad spec at all really. These devices are aimed at the Professional GIS Industry and were previously shipped with Windows CE 3.0 & 4.2, so it's interesting to see them now loaded with Pocket PC, like <a href="http://www.trimble.com/geoxt.html">this one</a>.
