I know there are a few such attachments, to add camera capability to a PPC that doesn't have that built-in--through either CF or SDIO--such as the Veo, the Lifeview Flycam, HP has one, perhaps others.

Is there a comparative review of these someplace? Anyone tried these and could comment on the one you tried? Better yet, anyone tried more than one or all three and could compare them?

Any have flash?

I did this review of the Veo for this site

Also, I am currently reviewing the Mio Digiwalker 339 that is a Pocket PC with integrated camera.

Thank you, Anthony.

In doing a bit more research after writing the original post, I found out a little more about the other two models I mentioned. It seems the HP cam is the same as the Veo, rebranded as HP, only available in SD (I think the Veo is now available for either CF or SDIO), and with a much higher price. (I guess HP only sells SD because their new models all only have one SD slot. Now, with one SD slot, that has the camera in it, where will the pictures be stored, since the only place to add flash memory is taken up by the camera? I guess internal memory. Won't hold much.)

I found though, that the Lifeview Flycam does have flash, has a 1.3 MB resolution, so sounds better than the others. It looks large though, in the pics, for a PPC attachment. Costs less than the HP. Available for both CF and SDIO. Anyone used one of these, and would like to comment? Any reviews of it?
