OK I had to break down and do a hard reset. Things are back to normal now and cleaned a ton of junk off my Axim X5. I forgot one thing however. I had a plug in on my today screen that worked sorta like tdlaunch except that it had tabs and you could sort your shortcuts into groups like music, games, apps, reference etc. I can't seem to remember the name of the app and can't seem to locate it on my hard drive ( any of them hehe ) and was hoping that one of you might know what I am talking about. Can anyone give me a name or link to this excellent today screen plug-in?

Thanks,

Glisson

That was it. In exactly 8 minutes flat! Wow! It has been downloaded, installed, saved, and bookmarked.

Thanks for the help!

It is the best, I used it all the time until I switched back to dashboard's minilauncher - it even supports skins. :)

Echo Juni... claunch is a fantastic app! and the price is hard to beat
Question to the claunch users out there... has anyone come up with a way to trigger a soft reset by configuring a custom link? I've searched on many boards for claunch hints, found many (I now have all important Control Panel apps programmed for quick access off the today screen!)... but could not find the one thing that started my search in the first place...
Anyone know the right settings for custom link to soft reset??

No, but you can add the reset app from PHM PowerToys (http://www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/PowerToys/) and use that.

Thx Steve, was trying to avoid having to install all of the tools in Philippe's package, but I may have to go down that path after all.
Cheers :way to go:

Soft Reset app I use:
http://www.eitcenter.com/pocketpc/product/softreset_e.htm
You can add it to any launcher. It is just an exe, no install.

To Wiggin, I use Juni's great Wisbar Advance skins (usually 'Scuba') and soft-reset is a function which you can assign to a custom button on Wisbar Advance.

See Juni's 21 WA skins at:
