Importing address book or contact list into 2003

I am a new user of an Ipaq 4155 and am still fumbling around a bit. Is there an easy way to import the address book or contact list from either Outlook or Outlook Express into PPC 2003 to easily fill in the <Send To> field on any outgoing mail?

When you sync with your device it should sync the contacts from Outlook.

It won't work with outlook express though.
