Just curious if it backs up the contents of my CF card when I backup the device. Does anybody know?

Seeing as no one else chimed in on this, i will.
The native backup utility within activesync does not backup your CF or other removable media.
Activesync backup just covers the bare minimum in the event of a hard reset. There are some other applications available that will back up media cards. All of which elude me at the moment, but i am sure a search on google or within the forums will probably reveal those apps.

Sorry, I saw your post and somehow missed responding. :oops: As Pacemkr has already stated, the ActiveSync backup will not back up the contents of your CF card. ActiveSync backup is horrible, use Sprite Backup (http://www.spritesoftware.com/products/sprite_backup_premium.html) instead!

why would you want to backup your cf card contents? just copy them yourself

Good point! :wink: Get yourself a card reader and back up your card to your PC!
