Hello again, folks, you have helped drag me kicking and screaming into the PPC world. Now, before I spend the next 4 months transcribing contacts into my PPC from an old M105 (yes, an M105) is there a way to get Outlook to sync those old contacts so I can put them into my new Toshiba E310 without manually writing them all over again? I appreciate the help!

Your Palm should have come with Chappura Pocket Mirror. This will let you sync your Palm to Outlook. Once you have that done, just sync the Pocket PC and it will have all of your contact info.

This would be the easiest, most efficient way. If, for some reason, your Palm did not come with Pocket Mirror, Palm Desktop Desktop can export contacts to standard ASCII delimited formats, which can be imported into Outlook.

It might be easier to track down a spare copy of Pocket Mirror though
