I am looking for some kind of calorie counting program for my pocket pc. I have an ipaq 1930.

Anyways -- I would like something simple -- I am on a 2000 calorie diet for health problems so I need to know where I am at during the day, while on the go and since I take my pc everywhere than I can track it constantly.

Any replies are appreciated.

Thanks -- Drake

I'm a big fan of Pocket Diet Tracker (http://www.pocketdiettracker.com/). It's pretty easy to use. It helped me lose about 40 pounds last year. It also tracks weight and exercise if you're interested.

If your working your way back in shape then Pocket Diet Trackers as mentioned above along with MySportTraining (a link off of the PDT site) is the best combo to have. I've lost 35 pounds so far and replaced it with muscle. Both are great products.

That seems like a good program -- anyone know of any others?

Thanks a lot -- Tdrake

Anyone know of a program that calculates Weight Watcher's points for foods?

Take a look at this thread, (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=21746&) and this one (http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=15369&) as well.

There is a ListPro Weight Watchers entry (http://www.iliumsoft.com/site/lp/lp_lists6.htm#personal) in the List Exchange, you may be able to go that route.

I have used this and I think it is probably what you are after. it even caters for the 2000 calorie diet!

I did use Pocket Diet tracker, but found it tedious to repeatedly enter the same things over and over. MySportTraining's Food extension allows you to save meals which makes this much easier and quicker.
