Moving CF stored data to an SD slot?

Wondering if there are any cable or SD slot solutions for moving pictures from a Canon SD400 (CF storage) to an iPAQ (4355). I could be laptopless if I could figure it out.

The only way I think that would work with a 4355 is to only use SD media, and get a SD-to-CF adapter for the camera.
