If file size was not a concern and you wanted the best possible quality video to play on an iPAQ 2215, which format would you use?

I've been encoding using DivX and playing with PocketMVP which works great (although I have to do some extra tweeking to the AVI file to keep the audio/video in sync.) I read the other day that the Enterprise Version (commercial version) of PocketTV playing a properly encoded Mpeg video was even better quality than DivX/PocketMVP.

WMV encoding is simple and fast but the quality seems to be a bit less.

Again, if file size was not a concern, which format would yield the best results and play on a 2215 without a bunch of dropped frames?

Thanx.
