From now through Feb 2, 2004 <a href="http://www.handmark.com/">Handmark</a> is offering a 25% discount on ten of their most popular games. All you have to do is <a href="http://www.handmark.com/products/category.php?cat=7">make your selections</a> at the Handmark site and enter the discount code "25off10games" at checkout.<br /><br />The titles (and discounted prices) included in this special promotion are:<br /><br />• Monopoly ($22.49)<br />• Scrabble ($22.49)<br />• Battleship ($14.99)<br />• Yahtzee ($14.99)<br />• Tetris Classic Game Pack ($22.49)<br />• Trivial Pursuit ($22.49)<br />• Links ($18.75)<br />• Warfare Incorporated ($22.49)<br />• Super Solitiare ($14.99)<br />• 3D Air Hockey ($11.25)<br /><br />I've always liked the games from Handmark, mostly because they're the real, licensed versions of the board and PC games we've all played for years. But, the prices have always seemed a bit high for most people's taste. So, this is your chance to grab a classic game for your Pocket PC without having to break into your piggy bank.

Good, it's about time. I've tried several of their games, enjoyed them but never purchased because of the price.
Might have to get Scabble now.

Wow! I've never bought a PPC app before ( ), but I might have to now...

I've had my eye on Trivial Pursuit for a while. Guess it's time to pull the trigger. 8)

Those are the discounted prices! That is still way to high for a pocket game or an app for that matter.

WARFARE INCORPERATED! :D Oh man, I have been a blizzard fan since I was ten. Sure, it's not blizzard, but it's still close enough to bring me back to the good old days. Starcraft LAN party at Steve's house! YEAHHH. ohhh where does the time go?

I think that I might get warfare inc.

Personally, I think they're a bit high, too. I can tell you though, the ones I've got (Scrabble, Monopoly, Battleship and Trivial Pursuit) are VERY faithful versions of the traditional ones. Trivial Pursuit is a particular favorite of mine, with very up-to-date questions.

I think I'll hold off. I already have Monopoly and the beta version of Battleship. Warfare looks good but I have AOE.

I would like to see the 25% discount available on handango too where hopefully the opportunity exists to stack coupon discounts :) And also so i can keep all my purchases centralised at one location.

Been meaning to buy links and the expansion pack for a while coz i need a good golf game :) If the discount becomes available at handango... i might be tempted to sign up!

I've had my eye on some of these games for a long time, but couldn't justify the $30 price tags. When I checked this offer out, I found that when I added items to my shopping cart, there were some e.g. "50% off this title with the purchase of that title" offers, AND that those discounts were still valid in conjunction with the promotion code.

So, I bought Battleship, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit and Monopoly for a grand total of $52.47 by adding "Battleship" to my cart, then adding the other titles from the "specials" column that appears on the right, one at a time. I think individually these titles would add up to $110. :D
