All I want to do is take a recently discovered movie of my daughter's birthday party and add some Stevie Wonder undertones to it. I copied my purchased CD to my hard drive and proceeded to add to my movie. I got the following error: The file C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Music\Stevie Wonder\Original Musiquarium I Disc 1\07 You Are the Sunshine of My Life.wma is protected using digital rights management and cannot be imported..

Is there anything I can do? I do not want to distribute or make money. I simply want to make a great memory perfect.

I think that the problem your seeing is because you have DRM on that file. If you go into Windows Media Player and go to Tools->Options, under the Copy Music tab, you'll see that you have "Copy protect music" checked. If you turn that off and re-rip your song, you should be OK.
