Hey All,

I have been recently having some trouble getting my hp 2215 ppc to charge. The unit is less than a month old. I place it on the charging cradle and its about 50/50 that the amber light would pop on. The unit connects to to my computer via usb/activesync everytime but I have to play around with it to get it to charge. Anyone else expierance this? Thanks!

This probably isn't helpful, but the only time I had something like this happening to me, I found the power cable's connection to the cradle had started to come loose.

On both my cables for my 1935 (the side where it connects to the PPC), the side tracks are ripped off. This is from yanking the cable out and not pushing the eject buttons.

The little plastic guards on the edges is what I'm talking about. (there are two metal hooks exposed once they break off)

This is only good to you if the 2215 uses the same cable equipment as the 1935.
