CF to Floppy Adapter?

I have some co-workers who use the CF Expansion sleeve on their iPAQ as well as a CF digital camera. One of them claims he heard of a CF-to-Floppy Disk adaptor that could be used to transfer images over to a PC on the fly.
Has anyone heard of such an animal? I don't think it exists for CF (I've see it for MMC cards and others).

FYI - I know someone might suggest a USB reader, but in the environment in which these guys are working, many machines are still on NT 4.0, which doesn't support USB. So, they are trying to creatively figure out a way to get stuff off their iPAQ (or camera) and on to a work computer in the office they are visiting.

since the transfer speed of good-old-floppy disks are soooooo slow, i dont think this is a good idea!
people even think that their 2-3 mb/s cards are slow but what you are talking about is kilobytes of speed
