Has anyone recieved and error like this?

I have been using my Sandisk Connect+ WiFi card with 128mb for about 3 months without a problem but just today I got this error:

I get prompted to format my new "storage card2" folder (2 because I have an SD card as well), when I reply yes to begin the format I get the following message;
An error occurred while formatting the Storage Card2 (error code 31)

Can someone tell me what this means?

Ipaq 3950 (got on Christmas new)
Memplug Dual CF Expansion pack
Sandisk Connect Plus 128 mb SDWCFB-128

i can't tell you what that error means, but i can tell you sandisk wifi card sucks!!!! The one i had just stopped working one day. It bluescreened my laptop and froze my ipaq....but get this...the replacement they sent did the same thing after 2 months. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!
