How to put Active Sync Icon in system tray.....

Instead of in the System Tray AND the god damn toolbar :mad:

What the hell is the point of it being in both places? I like it syncing always when i change anything in outlook, but i dont like how it takes up the space in my toolbar

Why not just close it so it remains in the system tray?
