Active Sync and Word and Notes file conversion . . .

Need some help here. I am using AC 3.7 and Windows Mobile 2003 on my 2215. Win2000 and Office XP on my desktop.

Problem occurs when I active sync a document or note created on my desktop to the 2215. All I get when I open these files is a bunch of jibberish.

Any documents created on the 2215 do covert to .doc files and are viewable on my 2215.

I have looked in help files on both the 2215 and also Active Sync on the desktop. Says that files will be automatically converted to Pocket Word and Pocket Notes format upon active sync. But it looks like it is not working that way.

Anyone out there have any suggestions on what might be causing the problem and or a solution to it.

All I need to do is use the same font in my document created on the desktop as I use in the Pocket Word.

That being the problem is a relief. Glad no Active Sync problems.
