How I do I connect my HP IPAQ 1945 to the internet? What is the best way and cheapest? What all can I do on the internet with my HP 1945?
How can I connect it to a cell phone?

You can! :clap:

Either buy an SDIO 802.11b wireless card ($110), or use the 1945's built-in bluetooth. I'd write more, but I'm on a wireless PPC myself right now.

hmm, well cheapest is prolly a CF modem card, run about 50 bucks or less, connect via normal dialup by a landline

If your phone has bluetooth, then just get some kind of bluetooth card for your pocket pc. If your phone dosnt, you will need to find a cable that fits your phone, and your pocket pc. Have fun with that one, each ppc is different and each phone is different.

A wifi card obviously requires you have access to an accesspoint close by.
