does any one kno where to find an archive of cabinet files for ppc online like gamez and other such thingz

OK, we can make this a warez post, but I'm not.
It's pretty hard to find the .cab files, but there is a few companies that have demo's in .cab on their website.
the other thing you can do is just install active sync on a computer. do an install, and even when not synced, the cabfiles are stored in the active sync usualy.
If the program only comes in a setup file, you might want to use winzip or winrar to extract the setup.exe file to a folder, and some have the cabfiles in there as well.
