Avantgo and PPC350

I have a PPC 350e and can not get Avantgo to sync. I get the screen that explains how to sync it but it never gets past that. I show it syncing on ActiveSync, but never happens.
Any thoughts on this?

You're doing about as well as I am. I received an e350 for Christmas and have been fighting with it ever since. I have logged into AvantGo via my PC, created my account, selected some channels, all as per instructions, but I can't get past the "Welcome/Sign Up Now" screens on the PPC. ActiveSync reports that it is syncing AG every time I sync, but it only suncs the 4 demo channels, and none of the ones I selected, and when I check my account on AG it tells me that I have no sync history and my "device has no subscriptions currently on it". :(

I must be missing a step somewhere, I just wish someone would tell me what it is!
